  • You'll learn about the physiological changes that your body goes through during pregnancy and postpartum, and how to support healing and recovery through nutrition and exercise. You'll learn how to set goals and build sustainable nutrition and exercise habits that feel realistic and achievable.

  • We'll dive deeper into nutrition and exercise principles to help you build muscle, lose body fat, balance blood sugar and hormones, and sustain energy levels. You'll have access to real-life examples and resources that will give you practical ways to incorporate these nutrition and exercise principles into your lifestyle.

  • You'll learn how to take what you've learned about postpartum nutrition and recovery and apply that knowledge to a lifelong health framework. You'll learn how to create a healthy relationship with food and your body so you can be a positive role model for your child.

Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Sydney! I’m a nutrition coach and personal trainer who is passionate about helping women learn how to fuel their bodies and reach their health goals with confidence! I have a Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics from Brigham Young University, a NASM personal training certification, and am currently completing a dietetics Master’s program. I have coached hundreds of women on how to eat in a way that builds strength and supports a healthy metabolism. I specialize in nutrition for postpartum women and women who are transitioning through menopause. I’m a mom of two amazing girls, and I love to hike and mountain bike with my family!

  • Yes, you can do a one-time payment, or there are 3-month and 6-month payment plans available.

  • The next round of Stronger After Baby starts August 12th, 2024. There are limited spots available and it may sell out.

  • I've had clients join who are in their third trimester of pregnancy, all the way up to 18 months postpartum. The principles taught in the program can be applied at any stage! If you're unsure when to start, fill out the application and schedule a discovery call! We can talk about which round of the program would be right for you!

  • The program is 12 weeks long, and the content is meant to make your life LESS stressful, not more. Between the weekly calls, program material, and workout videos, plan for 1-3 hours a week on average. Most of my clients end up saving time, because they make quicker, more informed decisions about their health, and have a structured framework to follow instead of guessing and scrolling to find the right info or recipe!
